Asia.Travel is operated by Asia.Travel (the operator's registered details are being added to this page before full launch). You can contact us at support@asia.travel.

Asia.Travel is an independent travel information platform. It is not an official government, immigration, embassy, tourism-board, airline or airport website unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may browse and use the site for your own personal travel planning. You must be at least 18 to submit content, advertising enquiries or reports, or to subscribe to the newsletter.

You must not misuse the site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its databases; introduce malware; interfere with its security or performance; impersonate anyone; submit false reports; or extract content in bulk by automated means, including to train artificial intelligence models, without our written permission.

Everything here is general information to help you plan. It is not legal, immigration, medical, financial or professional advice. We research carefully and we show you where our information came from, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current.

Transport schedules and fares, opening hours, prices, event dates, health requirements and safety conditions also change often. Confirm them with the relevant authority or operator before you rely on them.

Asia.Travel may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to assist with researching, drafting, translating, summarising, formatting, categorising and updating content. AI-assisted or AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Users should independently verify important information, particularly regarding visas, immigration, laws, health, safety, borders, transport schedules, prices and bookings, with the relevant official authorities or service providers. Visitors may report suspected inaccurate or inappropriate information through Report Content or support@asia.travel.

We do not use artificial intelligence to invent quotations, reviews, prices, photographs of real places, or first-hand experiences. Articles drafted with AI assistance say so.

We link to airlines, hotels, operators, booking sites and government portals. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their prices or their terms. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider, not with us.

Some outbound links may earn us a commission. Where that is the case, the link is labelled. A commission never affects whether something is listed or how it is ranked — see the Advertising Policy.

Paid placements are labelled “Advertisement” or “Sponsored” and their links are marked rel="sponsored". We label something sponsored only where a signed agreement exists.

If you send us content — a contribution, a photo, a correction or a listing — you confirm that it is yours to send, that it is accurate so far as you know, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and translate it as part of the site. You keep ownership of it.

We may edit, decline or remove any submission. We do not promise to publish anything.

The site’s own text, design, database structure and compilation belong to Asia.Travel or its licensors. Photographs belong to the photographers credited beside them and are used under the licence stated in that credit.

If you believe something here infringes your rights, tell us through Report Content or at support@asia.travel, with enough detail to identify the material, and we will investigate promptly.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, from any third party you deal with, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may change these terms. The date at the foot of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator of Asia.Travel is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
